Paperless Parts and your ERP: closing the quoting gaps
Keep Paperless Parts and your ERP. Check the native integration first; it covers many ERPs. The gaps are usually around it: an unsupported or customised ERP, RFQ intake from email, and quote-versus-actual feedback. A custom layer fills those without replacing either system.

Start with what's native
Paperless Parts describes itself as a quoting and collaboration platform for manufacturers, used by more than 800 custom part shops. Its integrations page lists:

From reviews on Capterra, September 2026. The product rates well overall; these are the integration complaints:

- List every retype. Where does a person copy data from one screen to another?
- Check native first. Confirm what the integration covers for your ERP and version.
- Build the costliest gap. Usually job creation or quote-vs-actual.

Do we need Paperless Parts at all?
Not always. If your ERP's own estimating module fits your work, a custom layer can add drawing review and past-job lookup to it instead.
